Return Policy

All the orders are made to order, which means we start the process after orders are placed. Thus we offer returns / refunds only on special cases 

Cancellation:
Please cancel within 2 hours of placing your order.
After 2 hours, we will go ahead and start processing your order. 
Note: If its late hours the 2 hrs will be considered for the next day working hours.

Return / Refund:
If in any case you receive a damaged product please contact us within 48 hours and we will initiate a refund/exchange*.

*Please provide the following information while submitting your claim:

- Proof of damage
- Order Number 
- Contact details. 

*All returns will only be accepted in unused condition in original packaging
